How do we guarantee high quality?
 
Professional Quality Control Team and Procedures
We have a professional well-trained Quality Control team to test and ensure that each of our product can pass our strict quality standard before shipment. The team consists of a leader who has more than 10 years of experience in car electronics filed, 8 skillful workers who accepts regular training course on how to test, diagnosis and evaluate the products. All tests are well recorded for further analysis and improvements.
 
Professional Before and After Sales Services

1. Our professional sales team is ready all the time to serve your requirements from the initial contact. All you questions will be responded within 24hrs.

2. Upon clicking "Place an Order," our people will spring into action and immediately begin processing your order. One employee reviews the details of your order, checking for anything that might delay processing, while another speeds off to pull the inventory from our shelves. Meanwhile, an email confirmation of your order will have already arrived in your inbox.

3. Before shipping, products will be tested according to our strict test procedures (the standards are higher than general industry standards).

4. Packing your order. Items are always carefully inspected for any manufacturing and design defects before they're shipped off to ensure that the item you fell in love with online is the item you receive from our courier. Our team members check order slips with the original online purchase confirmation, and then review the product pulled from the shelf to make sure it checks out with the product listed.Then, and only then, does the team move on to packaging the order, doubling-up (and often more) on the bubble wrap and tape. Next, it's out the door in safe hands with our trusted and verified couriers.

5. Once your product leaves our doors, we are still here to help. Carseason's Customer Service team is always working behind the scenes to address your every need and query. We track your shipments and are available at your convenience to answer any questions, whether by live chat or through My Orders tickets. No matter the issue, we're always here to serve you.

 
Warranty
But sometimes there are inevitable problems caused by improper operation during shipment or incorrect installation, so we get all sold items covered with 1 year manufacturer warranty.
 
Exclusions:
1. This warranty does not cover the damages resulting from accidents, unauthorized tamper or modification, using of third party accessories etc.
 
2. We will not be responsible for any damage due to incorrect installation. Please read the user manual carefully before installing and using the product. It is strongly recommend asking a well-trained technician to install the product.
 
3. We don't afford your local import custom duty & tax. Please always check with your local custom to understand the import cost very well.
 
Warranty Method:
1. We usually offer technical support to our customers as after-sale service. When there is any problems feedback, we will follow the problem and help our customers to solve it.
 
2. If the customers have his own technician who knows how to test and repair the unit with spare parts, we can supply the needed spare par to you. .For 100pcs, we can offer 1% free spare parts, or the customers can buy extra spare parts at the material cost. And we can ship out the spare parts to the customer with the next new order together. If the customer didn't have new order but need the spare parts alone, the customer need to afford the shipping cost for the spare parts.
 
3. If the customer cannot fix the problem by his own technician, the customer can send back the defective unit by EMS to us (Please shipped back by EMS-Post Office only to Avoid the custom tax and problem). In the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge or replace a new one if it cannot be fixed. Then we will send back the package to the buyer by TNT/DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS, while the shipping cost is prepaid at our side. In this way, the buyer only needs to pay the shipping cost for sending back the unit to China.
